Service Description
Deep tissue massage is a great way to help with more long-term (chronic) injury or pain. It concentrates on releasing a deeper seated tension, which often is caused by chronic soft tissue problems and bad posture. This treatment uses firm pressure and can at times create slight discomfort. Most people, however, describe it as “good pain” as the process of increasing blood circulation to the soft tissue can instantly bring relief and increase the range of movement to the tissue/joints.
